Do you want to be part of adapting and implementing a new service delivery system for Stockholm City's municipal health and social care? In this role, you will have a central role in translating the organization's needs into functioning solutions, from configuration and testing to implementation, deployment, management establishment, and decommissioning of existing systems. Welcome to Us The role is part of the Elderly Care Administration's unit for digital business development. The unit was established on May 1, 2026, and is responsible for operations-focused development and management of work methods and IT support within social services and elderly care. The assignment also includes Project NU (implementation of our new service delivery systems) and coordination of the social services digitalization portfolio. The unit is in its startup phase and the assignment will develop over time. We are located in newly renovated, activity-based offices a stone's throw from Älvsjö commuter train and bus station, close to restaurants, cafés, and services. Background The City has entered into an agreement with Tieto AB regarding the service delivery system Lifecare. We have chosen to call it Lifecare Stockholm. The implementation is led by the Elderly Care Administration through Project NU (new service delivery system). The project is managed by a main project manager and is divided into three subprojects: - Subproject Technology - Subproject Operations (this position is included here) - Subproject Implementation Each subproject is led by a subproject manager who, together with the main project manager and the vendor's project manager, forms the project management team. As an object specialist with a focus on municipal health and social care, you will have a very important role in one of the city's most significant projects. Together with engaged and knowledgeable project team members, you will help ensure that employees within the city's municipal and private providers of social services are ready to begin using the system. Currently, the project is working on adapting, configuring, and integrating Lifecare Stockholm with the city's other systems before implementation in the operations begins. You work closely with district administrations and others in the project organization. Your main responsibilities include, within Project NU: - Lead and drive the operations perspective with a focus on municipal health and social care - Lead work and reference groups with a focus on municipal health and social care issues - Review solution proposals and requirement specifications, plan and participate in acceptance tests, and follow up on deliveries - Provide support in implementing changed work methods and new functions Your Competence and Experience We are looking for someone who has: - Academic education in health and social care - Experience working in municipal health and social care - Current experience with business development and digitalization in a larger organization - Good technical understanding and experience working at the interface between operations and IT - Experience working at both strategic and operational levels to promote a holistic perspective - Experience leading networks and workshops - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is a merit if you have experience with: - Stockholm City (strongly meriting) - The governance and collaboration model PM3 Your Personality and Work Style We place great emphasis on personal qualities, motivation, and commitment to the role.
