Effective date: 3/8/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Manage business relationships with existing and new customers, execute sales transactions, take responsibility for assigned contracts, and actively create company value through proper pricing, communication, margins, and customer care. - The primary goal of the sales representative is to build, maintain, and nurture long-term, caring relationships with our customers. We view our sales representatives as long-term, valued employees of our company and work with them accordingly. Requirements: - Secondary education with diploma (technical, economic, or business focus preferred). - Practical knowledge of Premiér IS and Trello is advantageous. Essential is the ability to quickly learn these systems, work consistently within them, and understand that system records are a fundamental part of a sales representative's work. - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications (weight, material, part numbers). - Knowledge of business and legal principles in business relationships (acquired during onboarding). - Knowledge of a foreign language (English or German) is advantageous—given our planned international expansion. - Category B driver's license and active driving experience. - Time flexibility—willingness to spend 2-3 days per week on business travel (including international). - Work primarily in the field and online—regular in-person customer visits plus administrative tasks.
