- Job Duties: communication with existing and new customers, customer care, preparation of materials for business negotiations, customer visits, meeting established sales targets, regular monitoring of developments in the construction sector, preparation of materials for business negotiations, customer visits, market analysis and segmentation, maintenance of records and business documentation, care for existing customers and active search for new customers, providing advice and information to customers, building long-term business relationships with customers, processing and sharing information, communication across the company
- Requirements: minimum secondary school education, experience and knowledge in the construction industry is an advantage, Group B driver's license, ability to proactively search for and identify business opportunities, ability to actively and effectively communicate with customers, communication skills, responsibility, independence and healthy self-confidence, knowledge of PC work (MS Office, Excel), interest in personal development and willingness to work
