Location: Kroměříž - Job Responsibilities: preparing price quotes and documentation for tender processes, requesting materials and services from suppliers and subcontractors, comparing and evaluating offers, preparing purchase orders and basic contract documents, communication with customers, suppliers, and site managers, record keeping of orders, purchase orders and commercial documentation, administrative support for sales and production departments, identifying new business opportunities and public contracts - Requirements: minimum secondary education, good PC skills, particularly MS Office and Excel, category B driver's license, attention to detail, independence and organizational skills, good communication and sales skills, ability to work with prices, spreadsheets, and technical documentation - Advantages: experience in construction, budgeting, or commercial administration - Possibility of part-time work - on contract basis, immediate start possible, salary stated for full-time position - We Offer: compensation based on experience and results, working hours Monday to Friday, company phone and necessary work equipment, training and support from experienced colleagues, professional development opportunities, start date by agreement. - Please send your written applications with a structured CV to: [email protected].
