We are looking for a leader who knows how to sell. We are not looking for an administrative manager. We are looking for someone who will lead the sales department, develop the company's business, and at the same time be an active salesperson. Your goal will be above all to help the entire sales team achieve increasingly better results and close your own contracts.
Job Description:
- leading the sales department - monitoring compliance with established processes of sales assistants
- complete knowledge of the status of existing and new business opportunities based on information from sales assistants
- highly active involvement in existing business cases with the goal of closing contracts
- identifying new business opportunities using company know-how
- negotiations with investors, general contractors, site managers with the goal of closing business transactions for specific contracts
- close cooperation with the technical department and handing over contracts for implementation
- creating, setting up and improving sales processes
- participation in the development of sales strategy and business goals
- responsible for the company's sales results
