Sales and Technical Specialist for IT Services

Maxent, s.r.o. is looking for a new colleague for a combined sales and technical position. We are a small, dynamic IT company providing comprehensive services in computer network management, hardware supplies, and IT infrastructure. We are seeking someone who will join us in our mission to provide reliable IT solutions. Job Responsibilities: Sales activities and client acquisition: Your main task will be actively seeking new clients in the Sušice and Klatovy regions, primarily government offices, schools, and commercial entities. We expect you to lead the entire process from identifying prospects and initial contact through contract closure. Marketing and promotion: You will also participate in raising awareness of our brand. It is advantageous to have knowledge of online marketing basics (Google Ads, social media) and the ability to design effective promotional materials or understand how to properly present the company online. Technical and service support: In addition to sales activities, you will regularly support smaller clients (e.g., small municipal offices, schools). This includes basic network management, hardware supplies, and addressing fundamental IT requirements.
