Requirements: - High school or university degree in construction or related field - Experience welcome, ideally 1-2 years or internship experience - Understanding of technical drawings - construction and project documentation - Strong communication skills - Organizational abilities - Independence - MS Office proficiency - AutoCAD knowledge - Class B driver's license (occasional business travel) - Manual dexterity Job Responsibilities: - Communication with construction companies and property owners - Technical supervision on assigned projects - Technical consultation with clients on-site - Preparation of price quotes and calculations in budgeting system - Work with project and technical documentation - Creation or contribution to assembly instructions - Preparation and support of professional training - Work location: Velvary We Offer: - Starting salary up to 37,500 Kč - Up to 20% bonus after probation period - 12,000 Kč annual contribution to pension insurance or life insurance - Subsidized company cafeteria - Multisport card contribution - Additional benefits Contact by phone - Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM or by email.
