WORK DUTIES
Are you a future engaged employee with experience in psychiatry? Nyköping Municipality is now seeking an employee for a residential facility within social psychiatry with high competence in psychiatry. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of developing our operations.
In your role, you provide support to people with mental health challenges, and your work is always based on the user's decision from the case manager and implementation plan. This includes work such as collaboration regarding the user's well-being, for example with family members and various authorities. Beyond that, motivational work, care, and daily activities are included. You work daytime, evenings, and every other weekend, as well as on-call nights on a 6-week schedule.
Your work duties also include documentation and follow-up of the individual's implementation plan, and you also participate in the shared goal for working environment and quality work at the residence.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must have education as a nursing assistant or treatment pedagogue.
• Have experience working in psychiatry
• Have knowledge and interest in meeting people in vulnerable situations
• You need good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Have good computer skills
• Have a B driver's license
It is meritorious if you have training in MI and ESL.

You have a good view of humanity and the ability to empathize with other people's situations and individuals' specific needs and wishes. You are stress-resistant, confident in yourself, and flexible.
