About the Position
As Site Manager with us, you'll have a central role with overall responsibility for our construction projects. You are responsible for planning, execution, finances, and follow-up, while also leading and developing employees and supervisors on the projects.
The role is right for you if you have experience from the construction industry and want to take on greater responsibility. Perhaps you are currently working as a site supervisor, project manager, or contract engineer and are ready for the next step. Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for project execution, from planning to completion
Manage project finances, budgets, forecasts, and follow-up
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, skilled workers, and subcontractors
Ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
Be the company's primary contact person with customers, clients, and other stakeholders
Responsible for work environment, quality, and safety matters within projects
Plan resources and create conditions for efficient project teams
Actively contribute to business development and continued growth
We Are Looking for You
Have relevant education and/or several years of experience in construction, contracting, and project management
Have experience leading people and creating engaged teams
Have good financial understanding and preferably experience with budget and profit responsibility
Are confident, structured, and clear in your leadership
Enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions
Are unpretentious and not afraid to immerse yourself in the details of operations when needed
Have a business-minded approach and strong customer focus
