About the Position: As a Welder at NMV Industripartner, you'll be an important part of our team, working with welding and manufacturing components and structures for industry. The work is varied, giving you the opportunity to work with different materials, designs, and projects. At NMV, you'll apply your professional skills and work on diverse and exciting industrial assignments. You'll have the chance to create sustainable, high-quality solutions—from initial concept and drawings through implementation to the finished product. Your work will include: Welding and manufacturing industrial structures and components Welding in various materials, such as steel and stainless steel Reading drawings and working from technical documentation Preparing, joining, and finishing materials Inspecting and quality-assuring your own work Assembly and other workshop-related tasks as needed This role is ideal if you enjoy practical work, have an eye for detail, and take satisfaction in seeing a project through from raw material to finished structure. We'd like to see that you have experience with: MIG/MAG welding Welding in steel and/or stainless steel Reading drawings and technical documentation Industrial manufacturing or workshop work Measuring, inspection, and quality assurance Industrial Program, welding certification, or equivalent training Class B driver's license (required) Welding licenses and relevant welder certifications are naturally a plus, as is experience working according to applicable quality and safety standards.
