We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented head waiter who wants to help create a first-class guest experience in our restaurant and conference environment. You are the hub of the dining room, leading the service flow and ensuring that both guests and staff have a professional and secure experience. We are looking for you who: Have experience as a head waiter or similar Are confident in leading a team Have a strong sense of service Work in a structured and solution-oriented manner Thrive in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly and professionally Your work tasks include: Lead service — take responsibility for the dining room operations during service and ensure high quality. Guest reception — welcome guests, handle reservations and be the face of the restaurant. Coordination with kitchen — ensure smooth flow between dining room and kitchen. Planning and preparations — table settings, stations, routines and structure before service. Quality assurance — ensure that standards are followed and guests receive a consistent experience. Staff guidance — support and guide serving staff during shifts.
