Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We would like to see that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive to adapt to the children's needs.
Qualifications:
Educated preschool teacher - with preschool teacher certification
Pedagogical documentation - Ability to make children's learning visible, analyze results and use it as a basis for developing the activities.
Inclusive learning environments - Ability to create safe, accessible and stimulating environments that are adapted to the needs and interests of the child group.
Systematic quality work (SKA): Experience of working in a structured way with planning, following up, evaluating and developing the preschool's quality.
Good service and collaboration - High ability to create trusting relationships with guardians, especially during introduction (orientation) and development conversations.
Professional approach - Acting as a good role model, having a positive view of children where children are seen as competent actors, and being able to handle conflicts constructively.
Flexibility and solution focus - Ability to stay calm in a changing daily life and see opportunities instead of obstacles.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
You have good knowledge of Office365
It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience of working in preschool activities

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record register. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by presenting that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or alternatively a valid work permit.
