Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We would like to see that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive in adapting to the children's needs.
Qualifications:
• Trained preschool teacher - with preschool teacher certification
• Pedagogical documentation - Ability to make children's learning visible, analyze results, and use it as a basis for developing the activity.
• Inclusive learning environments - Ability to create safe, accessible, and stimulating environments that are adapted to the needs and interests of the child group.
• Systematic quality work (SKA): Experience working structured with planning, follow-up, evaluation, and development of preschool quality.
• Good conduct and cooperation - High ability to create trusting relationships with guardians, especially during introduction (settling in) and development discussions.
• Professional conduct - Acting as a good role model, having a positive view of children where children are seen as competent actors, and being able to handle conflicts constructively.
• Flexibility and solution focus - Ability to remain calm in a changing daily routine and see opportunities instead of obstacles.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
• You have good knowledge of Office 365
• It is highly meriting if you have previous experience working in preschool activities

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
