Responsibilities:
As a unit manager with us, you will have a key role in leading and developing the operations to create value for our citizens. You are responsible for running a well-functioning unit based on set goals and ensuring that quality, economy, and results are in balance.
In the role, you lead your team toward common goals with the user in focus. You work to create participation, engagement, and an attractive workplace where employees thrive and develop. By being an accessible, clear, and present leader, you motivate your team members and contribute to high user satisfaction.
You are responsible for implementing political goals and decisions within the operations, while also working strategically with environmental monitoring and development issues within elderly care. The position encompasses overall responsibility for operations, personnel, economy, and work environment.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks and has the ability to take initiative and achieve results. In your role as a unit manager with us, it is important to be persistent, which for us means having the ability to work through until projects are completed or results are achieved. Further, we want you to feel confident making decisions, even under difficult circumstances. As a person, you easily adapt to changed circumstances and see opportunities in changes. Requirements:
University or college degree that the employer deems relevant for the assignment.
Knowledge of and experience with work in healthcare and elderly care.
Driver's license category B.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written, as well as confidence in digital systems and working with them.
Meritorious:
Experience in management
Experience with work environment initiatives.
