About the Role: We are looking for someone with experience in or interest in driving for road maintenance. The work primarily involves operating articulated trucks. Work tasks vary seasonally between: Plowing and preventive salt spreading in winter Asphalt, excavation, and gravel hauling year-round TMA vehicle operation year-round Working hours vary Monday through Sunday, and assignments may include nighttime work. You will primarily work in northern Stockholm/Greater Stockholm as your service area, though travel to other locations may occur. For asphalt projects, overnight stays in the vehicle during the work week are expected. We use a 40-hour work week averaged over two weeks (80 hours over two weeks). With us, you are an important part of the team and may participate in other road maintenance work as needed. We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and takes care of vehicles and work equipment. Administration and reporting are done digitally, which you should be comfortable with.
