About the position SEB Kort operates throughout the Nordic region and collaborates with brands such as SEB, AirPlus, Strawberry, and around twenty co-brand partners. They offer services to both private and corporate customers and handle over one million customer interactions per year. As a customer service representative, you will be part of the team that delivers top-class service to SEB Kort's customers. You are responsible, professional in your interactions, and enjoy developing yourself. You are also technically curious and comfortable guiding customers through digital services. We would also like to see that you have: - Upper secondary education - A few years of work experience - Customer service experience or other service/sales background - Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English - Fluent spoken and written Norwegian and/or are a Swedish speaker open to working with the Norwegian market - Advantageous if you are also fluent in German, French, Finnish, and/or Spanish Additional information Employer: Workz Client: SEB Kort Start: By agreement Scope: Full-time, permanent employment with initial probation period Salary: Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies.
