Job Description - Childcare Staff Norlandia Preschools delivers education with high pedagogical quality in all our operations. New discoveries every day - is our ambition for every child, every day. Norlandia is a rapidly growing company with many exciting new projects underway. We strive to provide guardians with a positive experience and offer family services that free up time from daily chores and provide more leisure time together. We are innovative preschools that challenge traditional preschool structures and operations. Our approach is called EduZone and is unique to Norlandia. Children are divided into four groups, we have no separate departments but instead one preschool consisting of four challenging educational environments where every child can explore and develop all their abilities simultaneously. The preschool works in project form with a shared focus area for the entire preschool. We have clear documents and digital platforms where we continuously and systematically document and follow up every child's learning. Digitalization in preschool is a matter of course for us, so it's important that you are comfortable with digital tools, both pedagogically and practically. We use Office 365 as our platform for systematic quality work and development, and Prion for documentation and communication with our guardians. Childcare Staff Responsibilities Ensure that each child's individual and collective learning is documented Promote the creation of a democratic climate in the group Collaborate with the team to offer children a good educational environment for development, play and learning Show work enthusiasm and respect for parents and colleagues Take responsibility for developing a trusting relationship between you and children's families We Offer You Pedagogical meals, Work clothes, Health and wellness programs, Continuing education Qualifications and Personal Qualities Experience working in preschool is a merit We would like you to have childcare staff training About Norlandia Preschools We are a family-owned company operating approximately 100 preschools from Dalarna in the north to Skåne in the south.
