As Manager Network & Linehaul Area Groupage, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and ensuring efficient operations within Area East. The role combines operational leadership, business development, and personnel responsibility, making you a key person in the company's continued success.
Your main areas of responsibility
Lead, coach, and allocate work within Network & Linehaul Groupage Area East
Manage the department's operational activities and ensure high quality in delivery.
Have personnel responsibility and actively contribute to matters related to employee development, competence supply, and recruitment.
Participate in daily production when needed and support the team in operational work.
Ensure clear and professional communication with both internal and external customers, such as in the event of deviations.
Follow up on the department's finances, key metrics, and results, and drive improvement initiatives.
Evaluate, develop, and follow up on collaboration with subcontractors.

Qualifications
