The focus is on solving customer problems, troubleshooting and fixing bugs, but also on developing and improving the product long-term. Your responsibilities Solve customer problems and troubleshoot bugs. Develop and improve the product. Focus on customer experience and the product as a whole. Work with databases, primarily MS SQL. Develop in C#, .NET, T-SQL, and Azure. Explore and use AI as part of your development work. Required qualifications At least 1-2 years of experience from a similar role, where you've maintained or developed software products with the customer/user in focus. Meritorious qualifications Experience working in a technical support team for B2B SaaS products, with customer contact. Experience with Claude Code in a professional context. Experience working with database performance and backend optimization.
