Main job responsibilities: Collaboration with multi-apartment building residents and apartment owner associations; Coordination of resident requests, inquiries, and problem situations; Supervision of communal services and property management processes; Cooperation with service providers, contractors, and repair workers; Site inspections and monitoring of technical condition; Document preparation and maintenance; Participation in organizing meetings and coordinating decision implementation. Requirements for candidates: Secondary professional education in real estate management or higher education; Good communication and organizational skills; Sense of responsibility and ability to independently plan your work; Computer skills and proficiency with office programs; High-level knowledge of Latvian language; Category B driver's license; Experience in real estate management will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
