Real Estate Property Manager

For the position of "Real Estate Property Manager," we are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented employee with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can integrate well and work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and apply best and most effective work methods for real estate management in accordance with management agreements, JNIP operational objectives, and available resources. - Ensure the implementation of mandatory real estate management activities in compliance with regulatory requirements; - Monitor the technical condition of buildings and promptly identify necessary maintenance and repair work; - Plan and organize maintenance, upkeep, and repair works; - Control the expenditure of building funds; - Communicate with apartment owners, tenants, and other involved parties, providing consultation on management matters; - Organize apartment owners' meetings and participate in them; - Prepare management documents, reports, acts, and other documentation related to job duties; - Collaborate with municipal institutions, construction companies, and other partnership partners. Requirements for Candidates: - Higher or professional secondary education (preferably in real estate management, construction, engineering sciences, or a related field); - Preferred previous work experience in real estate management or building maintenance; - Knowledge of the Residential Building Management Law, Apartment Ownership Law, and other regulatory acts related to the industry; - Good computer skills (MS Office); - Category B driver's license; - High sense of responsibility, ability to independently plan work and make decisions; - Advanced level proficiency in Latvian language.
