Job Description
Are you looking for practical and varied work in the industrial sector? Our customers currently need industrial workers, and we're seeking someone like you who wants to work on varying assignments with our client companies. Tasks may include assembly, machine monitoring, quality control, problem-solving, forklift operation, and warehouse work.
As a consultant with NearYou, you'll be employed by us and work at one of our customers in the Mariestad area. Assignments and work hours may vary between day shifts and shift work, making this ideal for someone who is flexible, takes responsibility, and enjoys contributing to a smooth-running production flow.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on industry. If you have previous experience in industrial work, assembly, or forklift operation, we'll view that as a plus. Forklift certification A+B is also an advantage.
As a person, you're unpretentious, take responsibility, and work well with others. You thrive in an environment where tasks vary and where flexibility, solution-oriented thinking, and contributing to smooth workflows are key.
To be considered for this position, you need a valid driver's license and access to a car. You also need to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as the work requires you to understand instructions and ensure good quality in your daily tasks.
