NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance services in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with offices in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal connection, which is why most of our customers and employees are based in Falkenberg. The goal is to offer more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you receive individual assistance tailored to your specific needs in collaboration with you. Customers participate in recruiting and making the final selection of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective bargaining agreement. About the job: We are now seeking staff for our customer just south of Varberg. Temporary position starting 11/11 2026 at 65% employment level with the possibility of continued work after the temporary period. Work shifts are scheduled as overnight shifts 23-07. This is a double-staffed assignment, meaning you will always work with one other person simultaneously. We are looking for someone between 25-35 years old with strong social skills who enjoys a relaxed, informal atmosphere and prefers to have a lighthearted relationship with your customer and colleagues. The customer prefers male applicants, but personality and mutual fit are what matter most. Job responsibilities: Working as a personal assistant is varied and can differ greatly from day to day. It also means having meaningful work where you help another person with everyday tasks that many take for granted. This could include things like getting dressed, preparing meals, taking a walk, or other activities that are essential for daily life to function. As a personal assistant, you need to have empathy and respect for the person you work for. The profession places high demands on flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work based on the customer's focus and wishes is decisive for your suitability as a personal assistant. Since there is significant care needs, we prefer that you have experience in this area, but it is not a requirement as long as you feel comfortable with such situations. Employment begins with on-the-job training combined with education for delegated tasks. It is an advantage if you have an interest in sports, as it is common to watch hockey, football, MMA, and other sports together with the customer. Qualifications: • You are calm and clear in your approach and communication • Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as giving and receiving instructions with the customer is part of the role • Driver's license (category B) Advantages: • Experience working as a personal assistant • Experience in care and welfare work Language requirements: Swedish (Fluent)
