Energy Staffing & Advisement Sweden AB is seeking engaged and professional night receptionists for assignments at hotels throughout Sweden. We are looking for experienced and service-oriented night receptionists who want to work with our hotel clients. We are recruiting for full-time, part-time, and temporary positions for our candidate pool and hire regularly. The role includes: Manage the hotel reception during nighttime hours Greet and assist guests with excellent service Handle check-ins and check-outs Ensure safety and order at the hotel during the night Manage bookings, payments, and administrative tasks Prepare reports and hand over to morning staff Handle any situations that arise during the night shift in a professional manner Some hotels require preparing simple breakfast service We are looking for you who: Have experience with hotel reception or night work within hotels Are reliable, responsible, and solution-oriented Can work independently and make your own decisions Have a professional demeanor with guests and colleagues Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Have good computer skills (hotel management systems are a plus) We are looking for someone who understands that night reception is about more than just staffing the desk – you are the hotel's security during the night and an important part of the guest experience.
