About the Employer We are now seeking a driven and reliable employee for a manufacturing company just outside Borås. You will become part of the production team and work together with a team during the night shift. This position is ideal for you if you enjoy practical work, are responsible, and always prioritize safety. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will work with material handling in production. An important part of the job is lifting components in and out of production equipment and ensuring that materials are handled safely and efficiently. The work is practical and physical, and you will use various tools in your daily tasks. You do not need to have experience with these exact tasks before. The most important thing is that you are willing to work and can easily follow instructions. Work Hours: The position is based on night shifts. You therefore need to be comfortable with night work and be able to maintain focus and quality throughout your entire shift at 100% full-time. Location: Just outside Borås. Background and Personal Qualities We are primarily looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and has a positive attitude. You take responsibility for your tasks and are someone colleagues and management can rely on. Since the work involves handling large and heavy components, it is important that you are thorough and have a natural approach to safety.
