Our operations are located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Dänningelanda, approximately 1 mile south of Växjö. In Dänningelanda we have several facilities, but now we are looking for you to work at Ainagården, which is a group home with 6 places. You should have an interest in providing care and support to residents who have various functional variations. The facility has people with varying needs within psychiatry/autism spectrum/intellectual disabilities, as well as people who have significant care needs/use a wheelchair and who need support with all daily activities. We are looking for dedicated residential support workers who do everything to ensure that the residents at Ainagården feel comfortable and secure. We want you to work using a low-arousal approach, be open to changes in the operations, and be able to work together with your colleagues based on the routines and structures that exist in the workplace. Employment: We offer a wellness allowance of 2,500 kr/year. Start date November 2026 or by agreement. Position is approximately 70 percent. We have a 6-month probationary period and individual salary setting. We have a collective agreement with Kommunal. Your duties: You are responsible for creating security and structure for the residents according to their needs during nighttime. You shall assist with simple tasks, such as some cleaning and ordering. You collaborate with night staff at other facilities to create security and stability. You always base your work on each resident's individual needs and right to self-determination. A large part of the work consists of contributing to the resident's independence and wellbeing based on each resident's circumstances, and adapting your communication so that the residents at Ainagården feel that you understand and respect them. The work involves administrative tasks such as social documentation, which requires good computer skills. You should have a professional yet close, motivating, and security-providing approach toward the residents you are responsible for. You will work awake nights on a rotating schedule. Qualifications: You are trained as a nursing assistant or have another equivalent education with a pedagogical focus. You should have good computer skills and experience with documentation. As a person you are responsible, confident, committed, and have a positive attitude. You must have a B driver's license. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Meriting factors: Training or work experience in Low-arousal care - Studio 3. Experience working within LSS (the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Experience working with visual pedagogy. Knowledge of documentation according to IBIC. Experience in care work. We require an extract from the criminal record registry.
