We're looking for a Nightclub and Social Media Manager for Gretas in Gothenburg!
Are you a passionate, driven leader who loves nightlife and knows exactly how to create engaging content on TikTok and Instagram? Gretas nightclub has spread joy, love, and community in central Gothenburg since 1997. Now we're looking for a Nightclub Manager who not only leads our vibrant club nights on site, but also takes our digital presence to the next level.
About the Role
In this combined role, you have operational responsibility on the floor during our club weekends, while also being the face and voice behind our digital channels during the week. You ensure that Gretas delivers an inclusive, safe, and fantastic party experience—both in person and online.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content: Plan, create, and publish engaging content (primarily Reels, Instagram, and TikTok) that reflects Gretas' unique vibe. You also manage follower interactions and update guest lists digitally.
Operational Leadership: Lead and energize staff on the floor (bartenders, coat check, and dishwashers) during Friday and Saturday nights.
Concept & Events: Plan themed nights, collaborate with our DJs, and book entertainment that fits Gretas' identity.
Safety & Inclusion: Maintain a safe environment in close collaboration with security. Ensure that Gretas continues to be a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience with leadership in a nightclub, bar, or restaurant.
Is a social media expert with knowledge of trends, video content, and how to build a digital community.
Is passionate about creating great vibes at Gretas.
Is extremely stress-resilient, solution-oriented, and comfortable with late weekend nights.
Is creative, communicative, and brings positive energy to staff, guests, and followers.

About the Position:
