Additional Information: Tool Specialist for CNC Machining (Turning/Milling) (m/f) We are looking for an experienced tool specialist for CNC machining to join our production team. You will be responsible for the management, preparation, and optimization of cutting tools for CNC lathes and milling centers. Job Responsibilities - preparation and assembly of CNC tools for turning and milling according to technical documentation - management and inventory of tools in the tool crib - monitoring tool life and optimization of tool utilization - ordering and purchasing of cutting tools and accessories - arranging grinding and tool refurbishment (external suppliers) - control of tool costs and their optimization - selection and specification of appropriate tools for individual production operations - collaboration with production, technology, and tool suppliers - minor adjustments and assembly of tools according to internal drawings Requirements - Secondary technical education (mechanical engineering) - minimum 2 years of experience as a tool specialist or in CNC machining - knowledge of cutting tools for CNC turning and milling - ability to read technical and engineering drawings - basic knowledge of materials used in mechanical engineering production - user-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - independence, attention to detail, and technical thinking Advantages - experience with tool management systems - experience with CNC production or CNC machine setup We Offer - stable employment in a manufacturing company - independent and responsible work - competitive compensation - collaboration with modern CNC production - Work location: Tábor Contact: by email
