Experience and Competencies: • 3–5 years of experience in product management, sourcing, or procurement. • Practical experience in identifying and acquiring foreign suppliers, negotiating with international partners. • Experience with contract manufacturing and launching products under the STM brand (private label). • Proven experience developing products "turnkey" – from idea and concept to market launch. • Ability to prepare presentations, product concepts, and analytical materials for internal teams and external partners. 2. Purchasing and Logistics: • Experience with international logistics, import and export. • Ability to prepare customs documentation and collaborate with logistics operators. • Procurement management: planning, price negotiation, arranging delivery terms. • Inventory analytics: stock control, demand forecasting, purchase planning, and inventory management. 3. Work Skills and Personal Qualities: • Active knowledge of English, Russian, and Chinese (spoken and written). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • High level of independence, ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Experience with budgeting and planning. 4.
