Employment is offered on a fixed-term basis with the possibility of extension or on an indefinite basis. We require a minimum of secondary education, economic focus is an advantage, practical knowledge of payroll accounting and the VEMA program, employment law matters, orientation in current legislation, user-level PC skills, independence, thoroughness and reliability, discretion when working with personal and payroll data, willingness to continuously educate yourself and monitor changes in legal regulations, experience working in the public sector is an advantage. Job responsibilities include complete processing of employee payroll agenda, processing salaries and salary replacements, processing work contracts (DPP and DPČ), recording work time, vacation, sick leave and other obstacles to work, calculation and implementation of statutory deductions, processing documents for health and social insurance, income tax agenda from dependent activities, communication with relevant authorities and institutions, processing mandatory reports and notifications, maintenance and control of payroll documentation, cooperation with the organization's management and HR personnel.
