Requirements: - Experience in a similar position, at least 2 years - Diligence, perseverance, and flexibility - Willingness to learn new things - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail, independence, and logical thinking ability - PC skills (Word, Excel) - Knowledge of Pamika and Pohoda software - English language knowledge is a plus Job Responsibilities: - Complete payroll processing for employees - Calculation of wages, social and health insurance contributions, and taxes - Communication with authorities (OSSZ, health insurance companies, tax office) - Processing employee registrations and deregistrations - Processing annual tax settlements for employees - Maintenance of personnel records and employee documentation - Preparation of employment contracts and amendments - Communication with employees - Organization and record-keeping of training, occupational health and safety, and medical examinations - Collaboration with the payroll accountant Start date can be negotiated.
