We provide comprehensive facility management services throughout the Czech Republic. We specialize particularly in cleaning services and related activities that we provide for clients from various industries. Our services are utilized by companies in the transportation, administrative and multifunctional buildings, public sector, and other segments. We are looking for a new team member for the position of Payroll Accountant. Your responsibilities will include: Managing payroll in accordance with legislation and internal processes Entering payroll data into the Helios Inuvio information system (upon hiring, changes, or termination) Close cooperation with the HR department Review of payroll data as preparation for monthly closing Legislative reporting to ZP and ČSSZ Cooperation with relevant authorities (ZP, OSSZ, ÚP, enforcement offices…) Communication with employees and colleagues from operational centers Preparing confirmations for employees Processing and documenting decisions on work incapacity or OČR We require: Minimum secondary education completed with a maturita exam Experience in a payroll accountant position, or HR specialist with payroll accounting experience Independence and attention to detail Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel) Knowledge of Helios Inuvio is an advantage Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Employment on a full-time contract for 1 year, then indefinite 20 days of vacation, plus 5 additional days after one year of service Pleasant work environment, PC, mobile phone
