Payroll Accountant with HR Administration focus (F/M)
KOMFI, a Czech manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced payroll accountant to take over complete payroll processing for approximately 130 employees and related HR administration.
We're seeking someone with independent payroll processing experience, who has a solid grasp of labor law, and understands that accurate payroll processing requires not just knowledge of legislation, but also attention to detail, reliability, and good communication skills.
You'll work independently, managing your own agenda while being an important point of contact for our employees.
Your responsibilities:
• Complete payroll processing for approximately 130 employees,
• Processing attendance records and payroll documentation,
• Processing sick leave, work-related injuries, wage garnishments, insolvency proceedings and other deductions,
• Payroll for employees on full-time, part-time and occasional contracts,
• Preparation of remittances, payments and documentation for accounting,
• JMHZ and other mandatory reporting,
• Annual tax settlements, ELDP and preparation of certificates,
• Communication with ČSSZ, health insurance companies, tax authorities and other institutions,
• Preparation of employment contracts, agreements, amendments and wage statements,
• Administrative handling of employee onboarding, changes and terminations,
• Maintenance and updating of personnel files,
• Record-keeping of occupational health checkups and other mandatory deadlines,
• Management of personal data in the systems used,
• Preparation of regular payroll and HR reports,
• Communication with employees regarding payroll and HR administration matters.
What we need from you:
• Experience with independent complete payroll processing,
• Very good knowledge of payroll, tax and labor law legislation,
• Experience with HR administration,
• Ability to work with attendance, HR and payroll systems,
• Attention to detail, independence and reliability,
• Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for the accuracy of processed work,
• Discretion when working with personal and payroll data,
• Professional and clear communication with employees, managers and institutions.
Experience processing payroll in a manufacturing company would be an advantage.
