Together we create value every day. The position can involve full-time or part-time work depending on your qualifications as an applicant. The majority currently consists of instruction in guitar and bass, but there is also a need for instruction in woodwind and brass instruments. We would like you to have more than one area of expertise, but you are welcome to apply even if you only have expertise in one of what we are seeking. Other competencies are also of interest. Your responsibilities consist of planning and conducting instruction for children and youth ages 6-19 years. You will teach both individually and in groups and will participate in organizing concerts and performances. Instruction takes place primarily in the Cultural School's facilities in central Åstorp with proximity to train and bus, but can also take place at one of the elementary schools in the municipality. In addition to the above, you should be involved in outreach work together with other colleagues. Planning and administrative tasks are included. We are looking for you as someone who: Can inspire, motivate, and engage both your students and other children and youth you meet. Has the ability to meet each young person at their own level and help them develop further both individually and in interaction with others. Believes that participation is a given; you create conditions for each student's creative expression and help them flourish. Has competence in various genres. Enjoys collaborating and working on projects, preferably cross-artistic. Has good digital skills. Has thoughts and ideas about how we together create the future's cultural school.
