We are looking for you as a teacher
As a teacher with us, you work according to a pedagogical model we call the Learning Model, which involves organizing teachers in teams that teach students across subjects together in a grade level. We call this team teaching. In your role as a music teacher, you collaborate with team teachers to create conditions for learning and guide students toward the goals of our activities. You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction independently and in collaboration with team teachers for different grade levels. You will participate in development work, team meetings, and are expected to collaborate with colleagues in various ways.
The cross-curricular work is based on assignments built according to LGR22, which provides a supporting framework for equity and quality. The assignments include clear elements of cooperative and value-creating learning. This makes school more meaningful and much more fun.
Because we work according to the Learning Model throughout the Lärande organization of preschools and primary schools, there are opportunities for collaboration across our school boundaries.
Your role as a music teacher is to teach grades 1-9 in music and to collaborate with team teachers from different grade levels to create coherence and context in students' learning.
Qualifications
To be suitable for this position, we see that you have:
Teacher certification with eligibility in music.
Previous experience with pedagogical work in the role of a teacher.
It is a merit to have experience with subject-integrated work.
