JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on music instruction, both independently and together with the school's other music teachers. You work in parallel and follow the same grade levels, and together you develop instruction to give students the best possible conditions for success.
You have an important role in creating good conditions for students' knowledge development and goal achievement. You actively work to monitor and analyze student learning to adapt instruction based on their needs. Half a day per week, you teach music at Björskogsskolan in Valskog.
Your duties also include mentorship, where you support students' academic and social development. You collaborate closely with colleagues, student support services, and guardians to create a safe, inclusive, and developmental school environment.
You use methods and approaches that promote learning, are responsible for documentation according to applicable regulations, and actively contribute to the school's joint development work. As part of our team, you participate in the school's other activities and collaborate closely with work teams, subject groups, and mentor colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
First and foremost, we're looking for you to have teacher certification and authorization to teach music for grades 4-9. Alternatively, you have a pedagogical degree/teacher certification and are interested in music. It's of course positive if you play an instrument, hold a B driver's license, and are well acquainted with Lgr22 as reflected in your instruction.

As a person, you have a naturally coaching, motivating, and engaging work style. We expect you to create a safe learning environment built on mutual respect and communication. Furthermore, you have the ability to create well-functioning collaborations with both students and guardians and colleagues to contribute to good cooperation in the workplace.

Kungsör is a calm and secure municipality with approximately 8,700 residents. Kungsör is characterized by royal history and exceptionally beautiful and unique nature.
