The Adapted Primary School in Lerum consists of three units: • Knappekullaskolan (grades 1–5) • Centralskolan (grades 1–5) • Rydsbergsskolan (grades 6–9) Each unit is well integrated into its school, and the adapted primary school is visible and participatory in the schools' development work. The operation has a well-developed systematic quality management process with a scientific foundation, where teaching is developed through collegial practice and elements of action research. Our prioritized goals are accessible education and a scientific approach. We are facing an exciting development step with a new F–9 school under construction, with planned occupancy in fall 2027. Here you work in an environment with clear direction and shared goals. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a creative music teacher for the adapted primary school at Knappekullaskolan. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on music instruction for students studying both traditional subjects and subject areas. You adapt instruction to students' individual needs and use alternative and augmentative communication methods. You work closely with teachers, resource pedagogues, student assistants, and the student support team. The role also includes guiding and instructing other adults in pedagogical work with students. This is a parental leave substitution position at 80%, distributed over four days. You will work at Knappekullaskolan and Rydsbergsskolan. QUALIFICATIONS You are a certified music teacher with strong commitment to creating creative, safe, and accessible music instruction for all students. You have: • strong ability to adapt instruction to students' different needs and circumstances • knowledge of or experience with alternative and augmentative communication methods • strong collaboration skills and experience working in teams • ability to communicate clearly, guide, and instruct other adults in pedagogical work • interest in developing instruction together with colleagues We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
