Multiskill Electronics Technician (M/F)

Job Responsibilities: Repair and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on machinery. Support repairs, maintain motors and other electrical systems. Perform daily functional and performance tests and ensure proper operation. Update control programs for production machinery and conveyor systems. Adjust basic process parameters in controllers and other electronic devices. Collaborate with production departments and maintenance teams. Support special projects for improving machine productivity. Assist with system implementation and maintenance, including conducting internal audits as needed. Requirements: Electrotechnical education Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred (electrician background) Knowledge of working with electrical equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation in English Programming experience is welcome (any device, including PC or PLC) MS Office proficiency. Certification §6 per Government Regulation 194/2022 Sb. or willingness to obtain it. Willingness to work Communication skills, ability to handle difficult situations and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in continuous operation Benefits: 150 Kč meal allowance, transportation contribution 3.5 Kč/km, pension contribution 2.5% of base salary, attendance bonus 1500 Kč, 100% additional base salary (50% paid before summer, 50% before Christmas), 5 weeks vacation, company events
