Energy Staffing & Advisement Sweden AB is seeking a driven and results-oriented meeting booker who can work remotely. We are a specialized staffing company within hotels and hospitality where we help hotels find the right talent in reception, housekeeping, restaurant, and management roles. We work with quality, long-term relationships, and customized solutions for our clients. We are now looking for a competent meeting booker who wants to take responsibility for creating new business opportunities by contacting companies and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers. The role includes: Identify and contact potential hotel customers Make cold calls and establish contact with decision-makers Schedule meetings for our sales team Build relationships and understand customers' staffing needs Work independently toward clear goals We are looking for you if you: Have experience with meeting booking, telephone sales, or B2B sales Are confident on the phone and enjoy making new contacts Are competitive and motivated by results Have strong work ethic and take personal responsibility Can communicate professionally in Swedish & English Experience in staffing or sales is highly valued, but most important is your ability to build trust and drive business forward.
