Meeting Booker – Remote

We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking on the phone and enjoys creating new business opportunities. As a meeting booker, you'll work from home and schedule qualified meetings for various clients. This role offers variety, development opportunities, and experience across multiple industries. We work with various assignments on an ongoing basis, which means you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse target audiences and offerings. You'll receive clear instructions, support in your work, and the chance to develop your skills in sales and meeting booking. Your responsibilities Contact new and existing customers by phone to schedule meetings Document calls and customer information Follow up on leads according to established procedures Report results and feedback on an ongoing basis Work toward set goals and quality standards We're looking for someone who Has experience in phone sales, customer service, meeting booking, or similar roles Is communicative, driven, and results-oriented Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility Has access to your own computer and a quiet workspace at home Speaks and writes fluent Swedish Additional language skills are a plus Does this sound interesting?
