Your Responsibilities
We are now seeking warehouse and assembly personnel for an operation in Knivsta that develops and works with innovative solutions to prevent and manage water damage in properties. The company offers, among other things, leak protection, water shut-off systems, water alarms, and BIM solutions that help detect, prevent, and limit the consequences of water damage.
In this role, you will be an important part of daily operations and will primarily work with warehouse-related tasks and simple assembly. You will work in a structured workflow where precision, efficiency, and organization are important parts of your workday.
Your Main Responsibilities
Pick and prepare goods according to incoming orders
Receive, handle, and sort products and materials
Perform assembly tasks according to instructions
Work according to daily routines and ensure that the workflow runs smoothly
Contribute to keeping the warehouse well-organized and structured
Ensure that products and materials are handled carefully and efficiently
The work is physically demanding and takes place primarily on foot, which means you need to be comfortable being active for much of the workday. The role suits you if you appreciate practical work where you get to work with your hands, while also being careful and structured.
For this position, it is a requirement that you have previous experience with assembly work and that you speak and understand Swedish fluently. You need to feel comfortable following instructions and routines and thrive in an environment where quality, efficiency, and collaboration are in focus.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, careful, and enjoys active work where the pace can sometimes be high. You are used to taking responsibility for your tasks and find it easy to collaborate with others.
To be a good fit for the role, we see that you:
Have previous experience with assembly work – this is a requirement
Have good physical fitness and enjoy work where you are in motion for most of the day
Are careful, structured, and efficient in your work approach
Thrive working at a fast pace and can maintain quality even when the workload increases
Are flexible and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues
Speak and understand Swedish fluently, as the work requires you to understand instructions and communicate freely in daily operations
Have previous experience with warehouse work, which is a merit but not a requirement
As a person, you are engaged, reliable, and positive. You see what needs to be done and are happy to take your own initiative to help ensure that work flows as efficiently as possible.
