About the Position
As an assembler at Wenmec, you will be part of an engaged team working together on assembly of technical systems and components. The work varies and includes both mechanical assembly as well as elements of electrical work, hydraulics, and automation. You work according to drawings and instructions and have the opportunity to develop in the role together with experienced colleagues.
The position is located in Kil and work takes place in a modern production environment with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. You work 2-shift schedule, Morning shift: 05.45 – 14.06 (Mon – Fri) Evening shift: 14.00 – 23.15 (Mon – Thu)
In your role as an assembler, your main responsibilities will include:
Assembly of technical components and systems
Work based on drawings and instructions
Assembly in mechanics as well as some electrical and hydraulics work
Participation in improvement and development work in production
The assembler position is a long-term consulting assignment through Adecco, starting according to agreement. For the right person, there are good opportunities for direct employment with the client further down the line.
About You
We are looking for someone who is technically interested and enjoys practical work. You don't need several years of experience, but we would like to see that you have some background in industry, assembly, technology, or production, or alternatively an interest in technology/assembly and the willingness to learn.
If you have experience with reading drawings, hydraulics, or electrical work, it is a merit, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are curious, engaged, and want to develop together with the company.
We also believe that you are thorough, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with others. You like finding solutions and are happy to contribute with positive momentum in daily work.
