About the Position
As an assembler, you will work with assembly of advanced products and components within the defense industry where precision and quality are crucial. The work is carried out based on drawings, instructions, and established processes, and you are responsible for ensuring that each product meets the high standards expected by the company and its customers. You will be an important part of production and work closely with colleagues in assembly, quality, and production engineering to ensure an efficient and quality-assured manufacturing process.
Formal Competence
We are looking for someone with a technical interest and preferably experience in assembly or work within manufacturing industry. You are quality-conscious, meticulous, and work well with others. At the same time, you are self-directed and take responsibility for your work tasks.
It is a merit if you have experience reading technical drawings and working with hand tools or assembly operations within industry.
The position involves work containing defense classification and requires Swedish citizenship. If you hold dual citizenship, this must be stated in your application.

Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining centers with up to 15 axes. In addition, our facilities include modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement.
