About the position
As an assembler at Micropol, you play an important role in assembling our fiber optic products. Your workday starts at your designated workplace, where you handle and process orders based on assembly instructions.
Work hours:
Week 1 (Monday-Friday): 05:30-14:15
Week 2 (Monday-Thursday): 13:30-23:15
Initially, you start during daytime (07:00–16:00), before transitioning to two shifts.
About you
Formal qualifications
We're looking for you who has good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, which is important for following instructions and documenting work correctly. You need good fine motor skills and good color vision, as these qualities are crucial in daily work with our fiber optic products. As an assembler, full focus on work is required as well as the ability to work efficiently. Additionally, you are required to pass a medical examination to ensure your suitability to work with chemicals.
Meritorious qualifications
It is meritorious if you have experience from similar tasks or soldering, as this can give you an advantage in assembling our products. Previous experience in production or technical assembly can also be beneficial. We see that as a person you have a positive attitude and work well collaboratively, as this contributes to our work environment characterized by engagement, care, and responsibility.
