About the Position
In production, final assembly of products including handheld cameras and subsystems takes place, which are then packaged for delivery to customers. Assembly occurs in various areas and stages such as hardware assembly (core), optical assembly, and final calibration. In this role, you are expected to work meticulously and deliver the right quality from the start. You follow applicable procedures and safety regulations, take responsibility for your workplace and equipment, and report if you identify risks, problems, or deviations.
You will work closely with other assemblers as well as technical and planning staff who help manage and resolve deviations.
Work Hours:
Day shift Monday to Friday 7:39-16:00.
Overtime and weekend work occur.
Your Responsibilities
As an assembler, you have a key role in production and become an important part of the team where you contribute to a structured and efficient way of working. You work closely with colleagues, support functions, and other departments to create the best possible results and actively participate in problem-solving and improvement initiatives. The role includes contributing to high quality and good delivery precision by assembling products according to applicable instructions, drawings, and quality requirements.
Common work tasks:
• Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to work instructions and drawings
• Ensure high quality through careful self-inspection
• Report deviations, quality deficiencies, and improvement suggestions
• Record production data in relevant systems
Your Profile
Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, and to be a good fit for the role, we see that you are responsible, communicative, and solution-oriented. The work requires that you are meticulous, organized, and have strong quality awareness. In addition, good collaboration skills and a positive attitude are valued.
For this role, we are looking for you with:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Good ability to read and follow work instructions in both English and Swedish
• Basic computer skills
• Experience from manufacturing industry or assembly work is advantageous
This position may involve access to export-controlled information and technology covered by U.S. export control regulations (ITAR/EAR). Therefore, it is required that the person hired meets the requirements to apply for and obtain the necessary export licenses from U.S. authorities.
