Job Description
As an assembly technician, you'll have a versatile and technically focused role working on a paced production line where assembly combines mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics. Working in a timed flow means you're a vital part of an efficient and dynamic production chain. The work is performed with high precision following drawings, electrical schematics, and clear assembly instructions. The role also includes troubleshooting, final testing, and careful quality control to ensure products function flawlessly and meet the highest standards.
Beyond the practical and technical tasks, safety and collaboration are central to your daily work. You always follow applicable safety regulations and actively contribute to creating a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues. Since work on the line depends on good teamwork, you're an engaged team player who participates in daily team meetings, solves problems that arise together with others, and helps drive the workplace's continuous improvement efforts forward. You'll be part of a great and competent team with a relaxed atmosphere. In your role as an assembly technician, you'll have a varied day working with manufacturing and assembly of the company's product. The work includes everything from precision mechanics to more robust assembly and requires you to work from technical instructions and electrical schematics.
Working hours are scheduled for daytime, Monday to Friday 07:00–15:45 (overtime may occur).

Responsibilities
• Assembly of products that include mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics.
• Work according to and follow electrical schematics and assembly instructions.
• Troubleshooting, final testing, and quality control of assembled products.
• Follow all safety regulations and actively contribute to a safe workplace.
• Participate in problem-solving, improvement work, and daily team meetings.
Qualifications
• At least one year of experience with qualified assembly work.
• Very strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus (e.g., electrical, electronics, automotive, or industrial).
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required to follow safety instructions and checklists.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good physical mobility.
• B driver's license
• Forklift certification is a plus.
