What the position involves: - Assembly of steel structures for manufacturing and sports facilities (halls), car dealerships, logistics centers, shopping zones, and others - Assembling individual components into assembly positions - Handling heavy structures - Working at heights on scaffolding or temporary structures and platforms - Collaborating with welders, technicians, and other specialists - Suitable for foreign workers as well What we expect from candidates: - Vocational or technical education (secondary vocational school or high school with technical focus - mechanical engineering, construction, etc.) - Welder certification (covered electrode) is a plus - Experience in the field is advantageous (steel structure assembly - locksmith and sheet metal work welcomed) - Ability to read technical drawings - Group B driving license - Manual dexterity, reliability, attention to detail, and independence - Physical fitness and willingness to work at heights - Time flexibility What we offer candidates: - Full-time employment - 180 Kč/hour (gross salary approximately 48,000 Kč/month) - Bonus - Allowances/accommodation - Travel expenses (meal allowances) - Company phone within full-time employment - Health insurance (during work) as part of employer's assembly insurance - 4 weeks vacation plus bonus time off together with additional benefits you will learn about during our meeting.
