Employment contract is initially fixed-term for 1 year, then extended twice for 1 year each, and only then becomes permanent. Advantages include manual dexterity, patience, and attention to detail. Work on 3 shifts with complimentary transportation to work provided from the following directions: Vlašim, Zruč n/S, and Ledeč n/S. Can be expanded to include Humpolec upon request.
