- Perform manufacturing/production line work according to customer needs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and adherence to quality, quantity, and other engineering standards. - Execute tasks in accordance with engineering standards at the designated manufacturing/production line position following work instructions. - Inspect own work. - Take responsibility for assigned materials and equipment. - Keep the workplace clean. - Report any identified defects to the supervisor. - Follow instructions from the respective line supervisor or shift supervisor/manager. - Responsibility for compliance with internal regulations, employer directives, and health and safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations, as well as 5S principles. - Perform additional duties within the scope of this position as directed by superiors. Gross monthly salary includes base salary of 25,000 Kč + expected performance bonus of 3,000 Kč.
