Performing work on manufacturing equipment according to customer needs, leading to fulfillment of customer requirements while adhering to quality, quantity, and other engineering standards. Executes activities according to engineering standards at the given position in production/on the production line following work instructions (SOP - standard operating procedure, EWI - electrical work instruction, SWR - special work request, etc.). Follows instructions from the respective line leader or supervisor/shift manager. Collaboration with other production departments. Maintaining related documentation. Responsibility for compliance with internal regulations and employer directives and principles of occupational safety and health, fire protection, and environmental protection, 5S. Additional activities within the scope of the given work position according to instructions from superiors. The stated gross monthly salary includes base gross salary + expected performance bonus of 3,000 Kč).
